I found this recipe for ABT's which is jalapeno's stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. It was on one of the ceramic cooker sites. I'm just wondering how I should cook them. I'm figuring you would have to do them direct(grilled) to get the bacon to crisp up. Anyone ever make these, and if so how??

I used a neat contraption that holds the ABTs upright. Gets indirect grilling, and the bacon definitely does crisp up. (i used the half of the grill to direct grill some beef satay---why waste those beautiful glowing coals?)
Also, I stuffed my jalapenos with shrimp as well as cream cheese. When the bacon's done, the shrimp are done too.
