Hi All,
Last night we went with something casual, ATK (America's Test Kitchen) recipe for ball park sausage and peppers. It's very good and has become a repeater for us. I will post the video for the recipe at the end. The images here show the grill steps.
The microwave softened onion an peppers go on the fire withe the sausages on the cool side.
Then the sausages go in the pan for some steaming. That's so they don't crack open when they go on the fire.
Then it's pan on the cool side and sausages on the fire:
Once the sausages brown the go back in pan until they get to 165 degrees internal:
An finally they go on my plate :
