This place is definitely all about the sauce. Their #6 is my favorite.. kind of a Carolina-style mustard/vinegar base that is fairly sweet. Their spicy sauce is also pretty good. If you ask at the counter, they have a "volcano" sauce that they don't keep on the tables.
A lot of the uninitiated around here think they have the best BBQ ever. As Greg noted, the meat is not smoky at all. It is mass-produced BBQ. Their pulled pork and chicken are the best choices. The ribs are decent if you catch them on the right day, but I would usually pass on them. They have a sour-cream based potato salad that is pretty good. The food is pretty good, but there are better options around.
