Are 2011-2016 Genesis E310 and S330 parts interchangeable?

DanHoo answered my question on the left fixed side table interchangeability.
Someone is parting out their S330 which has stainless grates/flavor bars.
My sisters E310 has CI grates and I believe porcelain coated flavor bars; so I'd like to upgrade.
I've looked at the Weber.com diagrams but can't quite find the dimensions if these pieces will interchange.
I read this site more than my weekly library book...... love it!
 
Yes. Identical parts that are in common.

FWIW, the 330 is a step up due to the sear burner.

What parts can you get from the 330?
