Today I got my kids to help me pick the apples. We have one honeycrisp and one northern spy tree - both dwarf. Only northern spy this year however. We planted the trees 15 years ago as replacements under big mature trees that are getting cut one by one. Apples get graded into compost, rabbit food, juicers, ones I would eat, and then of course the best ones. Will attach more pictures if we pull out the cider press.
