Trying the apple brined recipe as a test prior to doing two 14lb birds for my family and my inlaws Thanksgiving dinners

It was wonderful! used a carb friendly brine (splenda brown sugar....etc) and it tasted wonderful. Will be using this recipe for Thanksgiving. I will be doing 4 15lb birds in my double stack wsm 22.5! wish me luck.

Please ---- show us the set-up you got going on. That sounds killer. There's another member here, PeterZ I think, who has a double stack WSM. I thought he was the only one. lol
