My friends I'm sorry I haven't posted much lately. For that I'm sorry I've been such a bum.
My friend harvests his own oysters and showed up at my work the other night with a 5 gallon bucket of FL gulf coast oysters that he caught. I split a little more than half with my uncle because he has out of town guests from Boise.
These are the ones I kept and cooked. I tried a few raw they weren't as salty as the last batch I got at New Years so I decided to grill them up.
Nice surf and turf dinner.
Sorry no action shots. I gotta get a cover and lights over my area sometime.
But they were cooked on my genesis e-320 seen in background left here.
The silver A is a fix up for a friend I took 3 grills that I got free and got it going. My baby's momma's cousin who is also my friend ( hey this is the south, ya know ) just wanted a simple good quality gas grill that was free. No problem just wait it out took me about 4 months to find a suitable candidate. Thanks for looking!
And as always these photos work in Internet Explorer, but NOT FireFox.
