I just got into barbequing last year and recently picked up a slightly used 18.5 WSM on Craigslist. Prior to that I was smoking on a Weber Performer...
One thing that I always keep is a cooking log of meat and pit temps at various intervals (usually every 15-45 minutes). While it's not too big of a pain, I'd like to find an app that would let me punch in temps and would automatically time stamp my entries.
In addition that that are there any favorite apps that you use for BBQing?
