A few years ago my Father-in-Law was traveling down south I think Arkansas or Lousiana. Anywhay he went to a Barbecue restrant there that the locals suggested. So he walks in this place and its just wood picnic tables and red chekered table cloths. Next a Chef walks out and just looks at you and the rest of your party. Then he leaves and comes back with a plate full of what he thinks you shoud eat. My Father-in-Law said he brougt him 3 slabs of Ribs based on his size. It was all smoked foods. He cant remember the name and cant foget the taste of the Barbecue.
