Anyone here an HVAC tech?

Wondering if any fellow inmates here are HVAC techs? My daughter's house has a Heil furnace with a couple issues and would like to run a couple ideas past

I am not but after continued heat pump issues while paying thousands to the pros I took matters into my own hands several years ago, purchased equipment, bought the widely-used refrigeration manual, and reached-out to folks on this forum in case you'd like to run some questions by them:
