Hi all- I'll be doing a couple of pork butts this weekend and will surely have leftovers. Anybody have good recipe for pulled pork cakes (like crab cakes)? I've done them before, but can't find the recipe I used in the past. Couldn't find anything on here, unless I didn't dig deep enough. I do not have a deep fryer so will plan to pan fry them. Any good recipes out there?
