Anyone have a built-in Weber grill...?

I am working on an upscale multi-family residential project. The Client has expressed desire to have a built-in type of grill on the roof deck. Something along the caliber of a Summit S-660 or equivalent.

I am reaching out to inquire if anyone has done this type of installation and specifically any availability of details since I will need to provide drawings for Contractor pricing. I am wondering how the constructed "inside" of that built-in portion is made: materials, clearances, actual placement, etc.

I am assuming this grill is a zero-clearance model and even though I will be spec'ing non-combustible materials, I am wondering what kind of tolerances may be required. Also curious how the top counter abuts the grill chassis. We will be specifying granite or similar and how tight does the clearance need to be and is there a trim or caulking at that joint? We will use steel stud construction with wall finish material TBD.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
