Anyone care to confirm I've got everything I need for the HM?

I decided to take the HeaterMeter plunge and ordered most of what I need. Can anyone take a minute to make sure I have everything?

I ordered the:
*HeaterMeter v4.3 Kit with thermocouple and Delta 50MM 6.7 cfm fan
*Case
*12v DC power adapter
*3 ET-73 food probes
*Edimax wifi adapter
*8GB SD card
*Raspberry Pi Model B 756-8308 Motherboard

I still need the grill adapter for my fan to Akorn. Can anyone tell me where they think the best place is to make that purchase?

I'm still not sure i know what LinkMeter is and if I should add that to the project and if I don't, what will I lose by not adding it. If anyone wants to add some info there it would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Jeremy

The HeaterMeter v4.3 only fits with Model B+, A+, Zero, Pi 2 B, and Pi 3 B. To mate with the original Pi B that you've listed, you'd need a HeaterMeter v4.2. These differences are listed in the wiki page HeaterMeter v4.2 or v4.3

I'd recommend picking up a Raspberry Pi 3 and using the snapshot firmware which has software support for this device.

And yes, the LinkMeter is the software that provides the web interface and everything that runs on the Raspberry Pi.

Good catch Brian. Gotta get used to there being different versions now.

Jeremy, there is nothing extra in your list that you need to buy and nothing extra you need to do for Linkmeter. It is loaded when you follow Brian's walkthrough for setting up the software. Don't even bother thinking about it.

Thank you for the confirmation Steve! Nice work on your MicroDamper by the way. I'll have to look into that more as I soak all of this in.
