Anybody ever tried a pancake Fattie?

I know I have read it some where on here before, but I cant track down the thread about pancake fatties. My son is having 10

of his friends over Friday for his birthday and I would like to make 'em some fatties for breakfast Saturday morning. Thanks in advance for the help,

I remember one on here last year. I think they used jimmy dean maple sausage.

googled it and didnt find anything that lead here. but there are some threads about them on the brethren site and the smoking meats site.

seems like you just add already cooking pancakes as your filling then roll up. quite a few different pictures of them.
