Any Trout Advice?

Hey folks,

We're having a big family gathering today. I have pulled pork to heat up and two turkey breasts on the smoker now. My brother-in-law is bringing ten very fresh (this morning) mountain trout that he'd like for me to smoke. They each weigh between a half and three-quarter pounds. Any advice as to cooking temps and times would be much appreciated. I have some alder that I bought by mail order for salmon that I think I'll use.

I'd go here to the section on salmon and follow those directions, making changes as needed for the smaller trout.

If not there, maybe check out 3men.com for some of their recipes.
