Another Spatched Chicken

I got the hankering for a spatched chicken,so after spreading her open,I marinated in a balsamic vinegrette that we have. It's been cooking for about 15 minutes,skin up. Gonna flip her in just a few to get some marks. Gotta go start some risotto. Later ya'll!
 
Nice.. must be side dish time, about to start some quinoa myself.

Ah! Mid cook myself on a spatch... Didn't marinate, but it will be swimming in some homemade white sauce soon enough!
