Finally got around to putting the controller box together. I wanted a dual purpose device for both Sous Vide and for Steeping/Mashing grains for Beer Brewing.
That said, I needed to provide active cooling to support 15 amp loads. I ended up building a tank, which should last a while.
I had most of the parts on hand except the SSR, pilot lights, and AC outlet.
While larger than I originally envisioned, this is what got cobbled together.
I included a 12V jack for the Heatermeter since I had to power a fan anyway. Added a power resister to slow the fan down to a whisper too.
