A good friend of mine sent me a text a couple weeks ago showing me some pics of a weber s-330 a sales rep had given him for free!! Now this isn't a weber sales rep, and the grill was not new! Judging from the pics, the grill had been used quite a bit, and had probably never been cleaned! It needed new burners, flovorizer bars, and an igniter. My first comment to my friend was to give weber a call to see if the grill was registered. Well, let me just say, Weber CS knocked it out of the park!! He called Weber that Monday, the grill had not been registered, but my friend said Weber treated him like a king! They shipped him burners, flovorizer bars, and the igniter all for free! They even shipped it to him for free! Great job Weber CS! I know you now have another customer for life!!
