Been a lurker for a while but decided to finally sign up.

Do most of the weekday grilling on the natural gas grill and charcoal on the weekends.

I've been doing some small amount of smoking on the weber kettle, but I'm looking into something a little more suitable ie: a WSM, Kamado or even just a basic steel drum.

I've just finished ordering up all the parts for a HeaterMeter, so that should be a fun little project!

Was this > < close to joining the WSM club yesterday. Found one on CL for $80 and replied right away, but looks like I was too late!
