I'm making the Southwest Turkey Soup John W. wrote about in the Sac. Bee and I was looking for anaheim chile powder but couldn't find any. Anyone have an idea what I could uses for a substitute?

I like the flavor of both ancho and guajillo and I can get them both dried. I'd likely use one or both and grind it up in my coffee grinder.

Thanks guys, I'll hit the Hispanic market today. I've got two carcass ready to go under.
