Off topic but did you see the Heel's come from behind victory this afternoon against Miami. I'm a class of 69 guy too. And sriracha is the 'Nectar of the Gods." Go Heels.

Les, yes. Never miss the Heels and this one was special! Like the Heels of yesteryear who could NEVER be counted out -- and welcome back!

Here in ACC-land, that game was the talk of the tournament coverage (seriously, the announcers hardly mentioned the games in progress) until Va Tech pulled their game out with the opposite result -- time running out on Florida St.

Sorry, for stealing the thread guys, but those ACC games were actually HOTTER than Sriracha!

Mix it with some lime juice, melted butter, and chopped cilantro. Makes a heckuva wing sauce.

I learned that one from a Food & Wine article. It was Michael Symon's recipe.

Sriracha and Dukes mayo on any sammy; Yum! Thanks Mr. Wolfe for the OMS wings recipe, thats where I discovered this wonderful condiment. Now it's always in the fridge.

Great link, there's a lot of stuff on that website.

Here's another one for the list that Chicken is a perfect condiment for: fast food double cheeseburgers, especially the kind with ketchup and mustard.
