Am I suppose to have so much lip?

Put the hoss together, first off, beautiful. Second, I noticed the door has a lot of lip around the top. Not sure if I should work it in to shape, have Weber send a new one, or buy a custom from Cajun Bandit.

I had problems with mine right out of the shoot too. I was acutally considering giving up with the wsm. I followed everyones advice and just worked with it untill it fit the way it should have out of the box and am happier then ever now.
