Someone has noted that the non-stick deep dish pizza pan shown in this video might not be such a great idea, as the coating is rated to 450*F and the cooker temp will exceed that in many instances. A better choice might be this stainless steel version, but I have not personally tried it. Maybe in Part 3 of this water pan series.

Thanks for putting this all together Chris, great videos. I too had ordered the Winco, only to have them send me something different that wouldn't quite work. I like the additional alternatives that you've found. Thanks again.
