All sorts of stuff today!

Started last night with 2 slabs of spares, then added 2 butts and a 7lb brisket. Those were done at noon. Just refueled and added a 7lb turkey breast. I will pop the brisket and pork back on in foil for an hour or so before I'm going to serve them and finish the ribs on the grill!

It's going to be a good day....

Sounds like one of my cooks! Once I get that sucker fired up I'll cook whatever is available.

We had some friends over. I have about half left. Some will go to the neighbors, some to other friends. It all came out great!

The WSM ran for 26 hours straight! Still chugging along outside now but at a cool 150.
