One of the few things I found worth my keeping. Not much of a fish eater, but I might try this. (hmmm, maybe with some shrimp? )
All-Purpose Fish Marinade
1 TB. thin soy sauce
1 TB. dry sherry OR freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. dark sesame oil.
