All-Purpose Fish Marinade

One of the few things I found worth my keeping. Not much of a fish eater, but I might try this. (hmmm, maybe with some shrimp? :unsure: )

All-Purpose Fish Marinade

1 TB. thin soy sauce
1 TB. dry sherry OR freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. dark sesame oil.

This works well for a steamed fish, but along with green onions (scallions). I wouldn’t wok or grill this as there’s no depth of flavor here. This is a very light seasoning to enhance the fish’s (white flaky) natural flavor without overpowering it.
