Ahi poke and spicy tuna


 
You took it outside and walked it past the Weber, right?
Oh no! I shielded the tuna from seeing the WSK. I would t scare the ahi with the fear of any heat. Raw only. Maybe once in a blue moon it’s sesame crusted and CI’d. but still raw in the middle.

And it was too cold outside anyway. Around 44° at dinner time. Too cold to grill 😂

We have a storm on right now and its -15 and feels like is -29
was thinking about bbq'ing tonight ;)

Of course. I meant walk past by the Weber much the same way you'd make a very dry martini by simply waving the bottle of vermouth over the glass with the cap still on. :D
