Simple dinner from a long and successful day yesterday.
Costco ahi tuna was fresh packed so I bought a small two loins pack.
Rinsed and patted dry, then cut into cubes.
Made two serve-yourself-dressings, one is a soy, mirin, sesame oil and the other Kewpie, sriracha, granulated garlic and paprika.
Served with a dollop of wasabi, steamed rice and cubed English cucumber.
Only grabbed these two pics. Was enjoying a new German wheat beer that Costco has right now.
