Addendum to Prime Rib Cook

Had a couple of pieces leftover. There is a restaurant in Racine, WI (Corner House) that used to serve great prime rib (it's been 20+ years since I have been there though). But they served a prime rib paste for bar appetizers. So - cut up into chunks leftover and together with medium chopped up onion, Wasabi sauce, a little mayo, couple of dashes of EVOO and some more steak rub. Ran thru food processor until paste consistency. What a great spread for crackers.

Anyone from Milwaukee or Racine that knows of the Corner House? Go ahead and move this Chris, but it was just a followup to my previous post.

Dan,

I never heard of prime rib paste, it sounds great.

I searched on Roadfood.com and found some current fans of the Corner House. It sounds like they are still going strong.
