Absolutely loving my new GrillGrates - incredible grill marks & almost no stick


 
Sounds like the set-up for your needs Chris would be Grill Grates on one side and a CI Griddle on the other. The best of both worlds.

I've had mine about 4 years now. One thing that I discovered is that using them on top of my Q grates, they seems to get so hot that it burns the seasoning off of those cast iron grates on the Q's and it has speeded up the corrosion on them. Wondered if anyone else has noticed this?? I still love the marks that they leave on meats one the sear I get when I flip them over.
