Jim,here is a tenderloin that I grilled for dinner tonight. Marinated in a wet rub I bought at the Southern Spring show yesterday. Green onion and habanero. Very yummy and just a tad warm! Imagine that!
 
Phil, hard to judge the size of this "item"...

Leftovers? I've heard of the term before. I think I remember it from my army days. Not sure if I remember the meaning,though.
