Last Fri evening had a couple of ribeyes that needed cooked. Soooo, marinated them in Worchestershire, Penzeys Northwoods and Jerk for 24 hours.

Also made a veggie medley of sweet taters, vidailia onions, zuchinni, baby carrots, green, yellow and dragon beans and Cherry Falls tomatoes. Beans, tomatoes and zukes from the garden. Added EVOO, Kosher salt, pepper and butter to a CI skillet and set on the WSM

A little more towards medium than I liked but very juicy and tender. Flavor was excellent

It was 105 degrees in carport where I cook and Donna had been helping me but she had to come in for awhile. She was hot! Lucky, our mixed chihuahua, jack russel and mini pin, just wanted us to eat so she could start begging.

Thanks for the kind comments.
