A newbie to smoking from Utah

Working on building a UDS. Then a couple of guys at work turned me onto this site. i now have 2 - 3d printer running. printed 2 cases last night. Ordering a HeaterMeter now. been doing a lot of grilling over charcoal on a char-griller, now to move to the level. Decide to do the HM and Damper for the char-griller before the UDS build. Looking forward to printing parts and smoking.
