a couple of pizza pies

Decided to make a couple of pizza pies today, i used bigy dough, cento pizza sauce (first time using) sauce was tasty i will use this sauce again, shredded sorento moz, and cut up klements white cheddar bratwurst, ran my jumbo joe at 500 to 575 took 8 to 10mins each, tops were cooked just the way i like them bottoms were cooked nice and crispy also rotated after 5 mins back of grill was running a little hot.

I also used the weber pizza stone set up
