6 month old ribs?

Tonight was "Freezer Diving" night! I found a rack of St. Louis Spares that were cooked in December and I forgot I had!

So.........I whipped up some quick potato salad with what was on hand and opened a can of beans and plopped the ribs in a pot of water for the reheat. Great quick dinner!
