Good grief. This puppy just doesn't want to cook.

It's 9 hours since I put this flat on and I'm only up to 170. Foiled at 160 and I've been running between 225 and 250 the whole way.

Sheesh. You'd think I was cooking a whole packer.

It seems to have come out of the plateau though. Up to 178 now. Man..... coming up on 10 hours and I haven't even cracked 180.
 
Yep. First cook with the ET 73. Watching it like I haven't eaten dinner yet.....



Tough game for the 'Boys this afternoon Joe. I thought you guys were going to take 'em.
 
Don't know. Steeler's looked pretty good.

My Eagles have 'em coming up in 3 weeks. Maybe this flat'll be done by then. It's made it all the way to 179*

On three separate occasions my son brought me a flat to cook with my packers. They have all takens hhhhooouuurrrsss longer to cook than the packers. I told him, "Never again." Packers or nuttin'.
