just make sure you rotate them. They are pretty tight in there and I found the side facing in does not get as much heat as the side facing out.
I had the breasts facing in the whole time with a probe in one thigh. when the thigh was close to being done, I checked the breasts and they were still lagging way behind. I spun them all around and had an another hour or so of cooking left to do.
You could probably work something out where you have the breasts out for 40% of the time and take them to a slightly lower finish temp, that way you have perfectly done white and dark meat.
