Hey everyone! I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who provided tips and hints for the big cook I did this weekend. Besides taking a little longer than I would have liked, everything went well. I bought 59 ponds of pork and smoked it overnight, starting Sundays night. I ended up with somewhere around 30 pounds of pulled meat. I vacuum packed and froze all of it for the pre-party for my wedding this weekend.
