#5 with drippings

Last week I made #5 sauce with some beef drippings. How long can I safely keep this in the fridge? I checked the safety compilation but didn't see anything there.

If it didn't sit out for hours before going into the frig, I would imagine the vinegar would enable it to keep for a couple of weeks.

I make a fresh batch for each cook and only keep it until the leftovers are gone.

Thanks Travis, I made it, used it and then refrigerated it within 1/2 an hour of taking it off the stove.
