My plan is to take them to 170, foil and finish in the oven until 200. How long should I plan on?

I would only take them about 190? them place them in a dry cooler for a couple of hours. Should take 8 to 10 hours could be faster or slower depending on the briskets willingness to give it up.

Thanks Jim. Another question. We are having a B-Day party tomorrow. Ideally, I know would have been to smoke them tonight and tomorrow morning, but I have other oblications. How should I store and then reheat them tomorrow? Thanks again.
