Smoking a case of butts with a friend today for X-mass presents. Tring some new rubs on a few. Calling for rain tonight. There was frost on the smoker till the coals hit the fire box.

Food saver them whole, after taking out the bone and freeze them. Of course, there will be dinner tonight.
