I'm hosting a party this weekend. Around 30 people, and pulled pork is the headliner. How much fresh butt should I buy (assume boneless) for this size of crowd?
Also, I'm planning on throwing the butts on at 9pm the Friday night, taking them off "when they're done" sometime the next morning. Assuming it's around 10-11AM, they'll hold warm wrapped in foil, towel and in a cooler until 2 in the afternoon?
