I'll try not to comment on all the sale posts, :) but I do like my Billows. Pairs great with the Smoke 4.

Though I will say it couldn't get up to 330F on Thursday - stuck at 265. The directions say wait until the lid reaches your target temp before adding the fan but usually I don't and it's fine getting to 250 or so.

But it just couldn't muster the power to bring the temp up to 330F, so had to yank it and open all the bottom vents.

Looks like it’s back on sale- I have considered buying one but the WSC has been a champ maintaining temperature without and added gadgets.
 
It's nice for longer 10+ hour cooks.

Helps keep in closer to target temp at all times vs peaking and dropping throughout.
 
They weren’t kidding “limited time”…looks like the sale is over.

If I start doing overnight cooks I might consider getting one.

Starting at 3am for dinner cooks has been working out so far, and the WSC has been pretty reliable holding temps once I get it dialed in.

For someone just starting out kamado cooking, I think there is something satisfying doing it “old school” without any electronics except an instant read thermometer.

Just my point of view.
