3 spare in the WSM, Help!

I decided to go with spares instead of doing the BRITU. I brought home what I thought was 2 slabs of spares. When I opened the cryovac, I found three slabs. What's the best way to arrange these? I've trimmed them down and was considering cutting them in half to put in a rack, but I only have 1 rib rack. Can I roll them, or woulud they hit the lid? If I roll them, are there any special procedure (flipping and basting, foiling, etc...)

Andy,
You can roll them and have no worries of hitting the lid. All 3 slabs will fit on the top rack.

You can flip them if you wish, I just generally leave them on for 7 hours then pull. Haven't had a complaint yet.

Foiling is up to you. I have not had good results with foiling, so I don't do it.

Rath *loves dem spares*

Andy,
You can cut them in half, it won't hurt a thing. Here's a pic of two racks of pork spares and a rack of beef spares I did a couple weeks ago using the Weber Rib Rack. No problem.
