I'm having people over for a house warming tomorrow. Going to do a bunch of food including smoking 2 pork butts and a brisket. I was thinking of a little hickory + apple for it. http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/brisket2.html saw this looks like i could do it with similar cook time. Figured I'd see if anyone has suggestions for other methods, so i can have them both on the smoker at around the same amount of time.
