I was running low of BB in the freezer so I decided to smoke a couple more to replinish. Had the wife pick up a couple at Wally world. One was about 7lbs and the other about 5lbs, trimmed and rubbed with Mr. Browns..

Unwrapped after sitting in the cooler for a while..
Pulled and in the tray, fixin to hit my bun..
Plated on my finest china with some homemade red slaw and sauce, and some quick roasted corn.. Please don't laugh
