Did my 2nd cook on Sunday, baby back ribs. followed instructions from beginner section again. turned well, though slightly over cooked, happy with result though.
Geo don't get discouraged. You have to get a nice gunk build up in there. Once you have they you'll be nailing your cooks! Ribs look good from here nice job!
