26" kettle is currently MIA on Weber website (US). I know they changed the 26" to mastertouch recently. Maybe more changes incoming or perhaps just a glitch? @John Burns ?
Hey Ross! We're simply out of stock while we make more. There are no major changes coming to the 26" Master-Touch for 2026.26" kettle is currently MIA on Weber website (US). I know they changed the 26" to mastertouch recently. Maybe more changes incoming or perhaps just a glitch? @John Burns ?
Yeah kinda figured that after I posted but couldn't delete. Others like WSK have simply said out of stock before.Hey Ross! We're simply out of stock while we make more. There are no major changes coming to the 26" Master-Touch for 2026.
Looks like there was some sort of error on the website that pulled down their pages. I've reached out to the team that handles Weber.com to have them correct the issue. Thanks for bringing this up!Yeah kinda figured that after I posted but couldn't delete. Others like WSK have simply said out of stock before.
Great feedback Rick! Part of the reason why the 26" Master-Touch comes with the Crafted accessory compatible cooking grate is because the smaller, less expensive 22" Master-Touch comes with the Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate, so it would feel weird for the 26" to have less features in that regard, but I can appreciate that the inserts do complicate things when trying to hang the grate on the side of the grill. I'm always interested in adding more color options. Determining what the next color option would be can be a bit of a challenge, as everyone has their own preferences, and the 26" is a sort of a niche model, so it's important we choose the right one to make sure it's a success.Just a thought I have that I'm sure other's have about the 26" ...It would be nice, and even purchased if it did NOT come with that cool but complicated grill they have in there. Most of us supper users, here in the US, don't want that thing. All the pieces fall out of it when you hang is on the side and it's a pain to clean. We don't even really want the little grate riser. Just a simple stainless wing-hinged grill grate with those clip in charcoal holders is fine. and under $500 would be nice. Smoke grey is good too!
If they could focus on more colors, simple grill grates, minimal accessories included, and decent price. they would move a ton with the fans.
It just keeps me from buying when I know I'm going to hate dealing with and cleaning that grill grate... and I'm not going to throght it away when I spent nearly $600. with tax. All that to say, we'd rather have color and less fancy accessories for the price
Hope that helps
