Congratulations,

#3 The Maverick Et-732
#4 Tongs, I like my 16" Oxo
#5 A table near by to the keep things neat.
#6 A large cutting board.
#7 Sharp knifes to use on the cutting board.
#8 A large pan to pull meat in so you won't loose all that yummy juice

I'll stop here and let some other members contribute.
Enjoy your new 22 and be sure to keep us posted (with pics).

I have a WSM on it's way, should get here within 2 weeks. Any must have accessories for this smoker? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

MEAT!!!!!!!!

Charcoal chimney.

As for Mac's glove mention, I have both welding gloves for the cooker & grates and silicon food gloves for picking up the meat right off the cooker. Makes life so much easier.

Thanks guys!

I think I need to buy one of those Mavericks remote thermometers. I already have plenty of other BBQ related stuff, like the foodsaver. I'll also need some welding gloves! Thanks!!
Darn it, I'll probably need a table too.

Hey Mac! How much does that table run? Thanks for the idea! </div></BLOCKQUOTE>Around $20.00. I will add that, you should check them out carefully. My local store had some that were dented and some missing some plastic pieces. YMMV

You are also gonna need beer. Depending on what kind of beer you like, you may also need a bottle opener. I suggest one of those fancy ones that you can mount on your deck, but a hand held will work just as well.

Good stuff bros, I'll have more than enough beer. My neighbors are probably already tired of me smoking. Imagine how mad they're going to be when I do my first all nighter, yikes.

I have the exact same table. I use it as a side table while Qing at home, and when camping it brings the SJP up to a proper height.

Hey Mac, Does the lid of a 22 kettle or wsm fit on that table? Thanks!

I just picked up the table in the pick below and broke her in last night. My wife is happy i'm no longer making a mess our nice deck furniture.

Top measures 27.5"x27.5", so yah lid fits no problem. Also breaks down into a little nylon bag much like a camping chair would fit in.
Not sure where you'd be able to find this exact table in the USofA but i got it here.
