22.5 WSM assembly/fit

Hi everyone,
I just assembled my new WSM last night and find the access door on the side to be a little loose at the top, especially on one side. I haven`t used it yet but am afraid that heat and smoke might escape from that slot.
Has anyone had any problems with that, and did you insulate the crack somehow? Should I just try to bend the sheet metal for a better fit?

I just put my new 22 1/2" WSM together also. The door does seem a bit loose on the top. I'm going to do a cook on it and see if it actually leaks.

Thanks Bob and Tim, I'll bend it into place tomorrow and fire it up to season it some.

I can hardly wait to do a long cook and see how easy or hard it is to keep constant temps going.

Just put mine together last week, you have to do a little of adjustment to the door but its aluminium so it real easy to bend.
