2003 Weber Genesis Gold C - Cookbox Compatibility?

Good afternoon!

Last week in an attempt to quickly clean snow from the top of my 2003 Genesis Gold C I mistakenly pulled too abruptly at an awkward angle and broke the hinge on the cast aluminum cookbox.

It's not repairable, so I am looking for a replacement from a donor grill. The easiest option would be to find another similar vintage Genesis Gold C for the donor, but does anyone know what other models would have a compatible cookbox? The more I can be on the lookout for the better chance of finding one in good shape in a timely fashion.

Any 3 burner with a shallow box will work

Yup, any Silver or Gold should work.

Any silver/Gold B/C cook box should work for you. They are quite plentiful and hopefully if you find a donor grill, you will come up with some other great spare parts as well. Good luck.

Not sure how far of a drive either of those would be, but I would go with the second one if I had to grab one of them. That being said, you should be able to find a grill close by and under $50 that will supply the cookbox that you need.
